Common: Basis of all deliveries and offers are only our following conditions. If any changes are desired, we have to confirm them. Our conditions are only additional to the common German Delivery-Conditions by law(AGB). Prices/Offers: All offers in catalogues and bids are with no obligation and change with the market conditions of our raw materials. We show our nearly actual prices under www.chroma.de via Internet.But even those prices, which are actualized permanently, can be changed by daily oscillations of the world market. Retailers get form yearly turn-overs up to 5.000 € certain sales discounts. Product-numbers startig up to 3xxx and products with *** in delivery time are on principle net prices. All prices are ex works excluding all side costs as freight charges, banking costs etc.These are added to the invoice. All products with UN-Number are hazardous goods and can not be transported by post. Terms of payment: Our conditions for payment are 30 days after date of invoice net net. Interest has to be paid by later payments.We normally deliver by open invoice, except new customers, or belated payings. Returning of goods: Products which were ordered and deliverd in accordance with the order can not be returned. Because of special design for the most products we do not offer an automatic right of return even not for Internet customers. Instead of that we offer a free sample in advance. At any case we ask for information before returning Rules for chemicals and drugs: Products which fall under special German rules for drugs, explosive stuff or similar can only be sold to licensed labs, not to private persons. |
